Hotel uniforms,
designed like the hotel.

Brave Particle designs, develops and manufactures uniforms for hotels, resorts and restaurant groups — one role-graded wardrobe from front office to housekeeping, produced in certified European factories with Portuguese and Italian fabrics. Made-to-measure or size grids per role, a fixed model on our platform, and piece-by-piece replenishment when staff changes.

The global hotel uniforms market in 2026 — growing about 6.7% a year as new properties open and brands refresh their wardrobes.¹

50+ looks

What a luxury hotel opening typically specifies — dozens of styles across roles, and thousands of garments for a single property.

100–500+

Garments in a typical five-star hotel program. A hotel group means thousands, with replenishment every season.

Roles

One wardrobe, every role your guests see.

Each role has its own job to do — and its own fabric, cut and level of formality. We design them as one family: same palette, same details, graded by function.

Front office & reception

Blazer, suit, shirt, skirt or trousers, scarf or tie

The first impression of the hotel. Tailoring with stretch, cut for eight hours on your feet.

Concierge & doormen

Overcoat, three-piece suit, waistcoat, gloves, cap

The entrance in every weather. Outerwear built for rain, heat and long shifts outside.

Restaurant & bar

Waistcoat, overshirt, apron, shirt, trousers

Fabrics chosen for the pace of service — practical in daily use, without losing the look.

Housekeeping

Tunic or dress, trousers, polo, comfortable layers

Mobility and breathability first — long shifts and constant movement.

Management

Premium tailoring, knitwear, coordinated separates

Same family as the team, one step up in fabric and construction — hierarchy you can see without a badge.

Events & banquets

Jackets, waistcoats, shirts in size grids

High rotation and temporary staff: predefined size grids, fast replenishment, nothing custom-measured that doesn't need to be.

Fabrics & Durability

Specified per role, validated for the real shift.

A concierge overcoat and a housekeeping tunic should not be made of the same cloth. We specify fabrics from Portuguese and Italian mills per role and climate — and validate durability with the mills' technical data sheets before production.

Tailoring with stretch

Wool blends with natural stretch for front office and management — crisp all day, comfortable to move in.

The right fabric for each role

Every role has different demands. From the Portuguese and Italian mills we work with, we select the right cloth for what each team actually does every day.

Climate

Lightweight, breathable constructions for resorts and warm destinations; layered outerwear for entrances and terraces.

Colour to the interiors

Pantone-matched palettes, exclusive linings, embroidered crests — the wardrobe extends the interior design.

How It Works for Hotels

Brief, model, replenish.

Brief and proposal

Send us your brand book, interiors and roles — or just the challenge. Our designers propose the wardrobe; prototypes and fittings until approval.

Your model, fixed on the platform

Size sets per role, men's and women's fits, your branding. The wardrobe becomes your hotel's private catalogue.

Replenishment that follows turnover

When someone joins, your wardrobe manager orders their uniform from the fixed model and it is produced on demand. No stockroom of unused sizes.

New program: 4–6 weeks from brief to delivery. Changes to existing models: 2–3 weeks.
